It would be helpful if the reception staff had a better command of English, as some guests experienced difficulty communicating.

the food warmer was not functioning correctly, which meant that the porridge and soup were not warm enough.

The hotel is conveniently located near a metro station and a mall. the breakfast buffet was good and had a variety of options available. the bed was comfortable and allowed for a good night's sleep.

The location of this hotel is fantastic as it is extremely close to the metro station which made it very convenient for me to transfer to tourist attractions. It's also on top of a nice mall with plenty of food options. Additionally, the hotel staff were friendly and helpful, even assisting me in accurately communicating with taxi drivers in Chinese.

Don't have any issues at all.
